How to Register for the 13th CMS
Online registration is the quickest and easiest way to register to the 13th Canadian Masonry Symposium. Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation along with an invoice from PayPal. You also have the option of registering by mail, fax, or by phone. Please see instructions below.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the registration (minus a $100.00 administration fee) is available for request provided that the Canada Masonry Design Centre receives a written notice of cancellation prior to April 30th, 2017. No refunds are possible after this date.
All registration form received by mail or fax must be completely filled out and be accompanied with full payment of fees.
